This guide briefly outlines the instructions for dismantling and replacing the turbocharger of the Volkswagen Passat 2.0 TDI. First, open the bonnet and remove the upper plastic cover; then disconnect the hose from the air filter box and disconnect the mass airflow sensor, also disconnecting the hose from the turbocharger, as shown in the video. At this point, dismantle the exhaust gas recirculation manifold from the turbo, unscrewing the fixing screws to remove and replace the turbo with a new one, following the video tutorial to the end!
