In this video, we will see how to dismantle and replace the turbocharger on a Volkswagen Passat B6 2.0 TDI. First, open the bonnet of your car and start by removing the air duct and the filter box; to do this, unscrew the fastening screws and disconnect the intake hose, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the electrical wiring found above the engine and remove the aluminium shield that covers the hot parts and the turbine; unscrew the screws from the exhaust manifolds to remove the entire assembly, following the video to the end!
