To replace the front headlight bulb on an Audi A3, open the bonnet and access the rear of the light unit. Remove the protective cover behind the headlight, either by unclipping it or turning it depending on the version.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the bulb and release the fixing system, usually a metal clip. Extract the faulty bulb without touching the glass.

Insert the new bulb into the same housing, ensuring the correct position, secure the fixing clip, and reconnect the connector. Refit the rear cover and turn on the headlights to check correct operation.
