How to remove the original radio on an Audi A3? Here’s how to perform the replacement following the guide. Use the original metal keys to remove the original stereo. Insert the keys into the slots on the sides of the plastic cover of the stereo; lock them and pull the stereo towards you as shown in the video. Extract the radio, being careful of the various wiring (disconnect the power connectors and the antenna cable). Finally, refit the original radio or a generic brand one with the appropriate adapter for connecting the connectors.
