Oil change on Audi Q5 3.0

Model: Audi Q5 8R, MK 1 - Years 2008-2017
Part: Engine oil

It is recommended for this car model to use 0W-40 Advanced Synthetic Engine Oil. Raise the left front of the car with a jack. Positioning yourself under the car, unscrew the plastic cover that prevents you from reaching the engine oil compartment, with a torx t20 wrench. Place a large enough tray under the compartment itself and unscrew the bolt that acts as a plug to the drain hole with a torx wrench t40. Collect the used oil in the pan and tighten the hole with the bolt. Now go to work from the bonnet: unscrew the filler cap and insert the same amount of oil spilled with the new lubricant.

How to Remove the Gear Knob on an Opel Astra

How to replace the gear knob on an Opel Astra? Follow these steps: use a plastic lever to disconnect the leather gaiter frame (if you need to replace it). Grip the knob with both hands and pull it upwards (with a strong and decisive motion) until it comes off the gear stick. For installation: fit the new gaiter and position it on the centre tunnel, take the new knob and push it onto the stick, tightening it until fully threaded. Test the movement of the stick on the centre tunnel to ensure the knob is correctly fitted.
