Replace the battery of the BMW 2 Series? Let's see the replacement of the battery in the engine compartment. The battery is found in the engine compartment, under the protective plastics. We lift up the front hood, releasing the locking lever of the same with our fingers, then we put it in safety. Once the engine compartment is opened, we will find the battery. We uncover the battery compartment from the lid. Disassemble the locking pins of the battery terminals, then, remove it from the engine compartment and replace it with a new one (same voltage). How to set the time in the Citroen DS3?
