Today we will explain how to reset the engine oil tank sensor of the Audi A4. To perform the sensor reset, we need to turn on the necessary tools and immediately open the front hood. Standing in front of the oil tank, disconnect its connector.

Wait for about 5 minutes before turning off the instrument panel and turning it back on. Connect the sensor to the connector and wait for the actual amount of oil inside the tank to load. This procedure becomes necessary when the oil warning light reset is not performed due to a malfunction in the reading.
