How to Remove Dashboard Buttons

Is the illumination on a button no longer working? Or does it stay pressed when you push it? Here’s how to replace dashboard buttons, such as the ESP or hazard lights, quickly and without special skills.
Using a pointed object, pry the plastic trim surrounding the buttons out of its clips. Once removed, you will have more space to grasp the individual buttons and extract them by pushing them sideways to compress the spring and allow removal.
At this point, once the connectors are disconnected, you can also restore the illumination.
