Replace the Audi A3 key battery

Model: Audi A3 MK 3, 8V - Years 2012-2019
Part: Key

In the video tutorial in question we will see how to remove and replace the remote control key battery of an Audi A3. First we take our remote control and go to pry the sides of it with something pointed; now we open and remove the rear cover of the remote control, thus accessing the battery. At this point, remove it with something sharp and replace it with the new one, of the right type (in this case a 2032). We just have to reassemble it, inserting it in the correct direction and putting the rear cover back on: then let's check it works!

How to Remove the Steering Column on an Opel Meriva

Here’s how to remove the steering column on an Opel Meriva. Start by removing the plastic covers around the steering wheel (using a plastic trim tool), then remove the lower plastic covers. Unscrew the securing bolts at the bottom of the steering column using a socket wrench; remove the steering column (after freeing both ends) and prepare to fit the new part. Connect the new steering column to the vehicle body, tighten all the bolts, and finally reattach the plastic covers. Test the correct operation of the part.
