Replacement of door locks on Audi A3

Model: Audi A3 MK 3, 8V - Years 2012-2019

Let's see how the door lock of an Audi A3 is removed. We disassemble the cover of the internal handle, unscrew the screws placed in the space of the upper lever of the door opening and the screws present in the handle. We unscrew other screws left on the door panel and remove the clips for tightening it. Remove the panel with your hands and unhook it from the door (disconnect the power cables and the opening cable). We remove the protective coating from above the door (we unscrew the tightening screws). We locate the lock inside the door and unscrew the fastening screws on the side, disconnect the electrical terminals, then remove all the kit from inside the door.
