First, open the front door and begin unscrewing the side screw of the door, located inside the hole; use a Torx key for this, as shown in the video. Next, remove the lock cylinder from the external handle; then repair the lock or replace the cylinder if necessary (this involves replacing the key). Finally, reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!
