To reset the service warning light on the Audi A4 from 1997 you have to insert the key and turn on the instrument panel. Then you will need to press the right button located on the speedometer and keep it pressed until some lights come on in sequence. The button can be released when the word "SERVICE" appears in the center of the display. At this point it will be necessary to hold down the left button located on the speedometer and keep it pressed until a message with "OK!" Appears instead of the word "SERVICE".
