How do I replace the license plate light on the Audi A6?

Model: Audi A6 MK 3, C6 - Years 2004-2012
Part: Light bulb

In order to replace the Audi A6 license plate light bulb you need to use a screwdriver to loosen the screw that secures the transparent plastic cover containing the bulb. Once the screw has been loosened, it will be possible to extract the plastic cover and remove the bulb from the two terminals. The new bulb must therefore be correctly inserted between the two terminals and the transparent plastic cover can be fixed in its housing with the relative screw previously removed. After installation, it will be possible to check the correct functioning of the light bulb.
