Where is the Coolant Temperature Sensor Located in an Audi A3 and How to Replace It?

In this video, you will see where the coolant temperature sensor is located in the Audi A3 and how to replace it, a very simple operation. As shown, it is located about halfway up on the left side of the engine, to your right when looking at the vehicle from the front. To access it, simply remove the plastic cover by undoing the relevant bolts. If you need to remove it, first open the expansion tank cap to release some internal pressure, then extract the lower block using a screwdriver and disconnect the connector.
