To reset the MMI radio of the Audi A3, turn on the instrument cluster with the appropriate key to use the controls located on the central tunnel of the vehicle: specifically, press and hold the MENU button, the circular button, and the button with the arrow pointing up to the right simultaneously.

After a few seconds of holding all the buttons, you will notice that the radio resets and all settings are restored.

At this point, you can turn off the instrument cluster.
