In the Audi A6, the multimedia system may freeze or show various signs of malfunction. In these cases, try to resolve the issue by restarting the system. First, ensure that the system is actually powered on. Then, press and hold the "SETUP" button, the large central knob, and the upper right directional arrow simultaneously for about 3 seconds. At this point, the screen will turn off, and you just need to wait for the system to fully restart. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to check the module itself.
