How do you deactivate the passenger airbag on the Audi A6?

To deactivate the passenger airbag of the Audi A6, you need to open the glove compartment located on the front passenger side. Inside, in the upper left compartment, you will find a lock with the airbag symbol. This lock needs to be rotated from ON to OFF in order to deactivate the airbag, which will also trigger the corresponding warning light. When the airbag needs to be reactivated, simply insert the key into the lock and rotate it back to ON, then close the compartment.
