First, ensure that the instrument panel is off for safety, then remove the seat by unlocking the lever located underneath it. Next, remove the battery cover, unscrew the negative terminal bolt and disconnect it. At this point, disconnect the positive terminal as well, extract the battery from its housing, and insert the replacement.

To reassemble everything, simply follow the reverse procedure.
