First, unscrew the screws next to the ignition switch, removing the plastic cover; you will find the tank screws underneath, which need to be unscrewed with an Allen key, as shown in the video.

Next, remove the rider's seat to unscrew the additional tank screws; then, simply lift and remove the tank, disconnecting the electrical connector and the fuel hose!
