How do you replace the muffler of the Benelli BN 302?

In order to replace the muffler of the Benelli BN 302 you have to loosen the bolts that secure the side panels in the lower side of the bike, in order to access the fixing ring between the muffler and the exhaust duct. Once the fixing ring has been removed, it will be possible to go and detach the old muffler, so that the new one is inserted, connecting it to the relative fixing ring. Once the new muffler has been installed, it will be necessary to turn on the bike to verify that it works correctly even with the new part installed.

In this video tutorial we will see the main steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the timing chain, disassemble the camshaft and adjust the valve clearance. We will mainly deal with the replacement of the distribution chain; then we disassemble the entire body of our scooter, in order to access the front part of the engine.
