Let's see the instructions that will allow us to dismantle and replace the pulley, variator, and rollers of the Piaggio Beverly 300 scooter, following these simple steps. First, we put our scooter on the center stand and start unscrewing the screws of the transmission cover, in order to remove it. Then, we unscrew the fan nut and the bell nut, subsequently removing the transmission belt, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the variator and optionally replace the rollers inside it; then we reassemble the transmission!

How to replace the clutch on the Honda CRF 450R?

The replacement of the Honda CRF 450 clutch is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the crankcase positioned on the right side of the bike, so that it can be removed. After the crankcase has therefore been removed, it will be possible to access the components that are inside it: the discs that make up the clutch can all be removed after having unscrewed the bolts that secure them. Once the discs have been removed, it will be possible to insert the new ones, fixing them with the relative bolts and covering everything with the special cover previously removed.
