In this video tutorial we will see how to replace the gearbox oil on various Beta 4-stroke models, in particular for the 430, the 500 but also on the 350. First of all, let's remove the old oil by removing the metal bulkhead. which we find under the engine, by unscrewing the fixing screws; then let's go and unscrew the oil vent bolt and let it come out for about twenty minutes before putting the bolt back on. At this point we open the top cap and we go to insert the new engine oil, of the right type, going to fill up to the maximum level: then follow the video to the end!

Let's see the procedure that will allow us to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and oil filter, of the Sym MaxSym 400i scooter. First of all, we put our scooter on the central stand and start unscrewing the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes; then unscrew the fixing screws of the oil filter cover, extracting and replacing the cartridge with the new one, as shown in the video. We just have to unscrew the filler screw and top up with the new oil!
