First, place your bike on a stand and start unscrewing the oil drain bolt located under the engine; then clean the drain plug thoroughly from any metal debris. At this point, unscrew the oil fill screw, using a funnel for topping up; use the correct viscosity gearbox oil, filling to the maximum level!

How to Replace the Throttle Valve on the GasGas EC 300?

To replace the throttle valve on the GasGas EC 300, remove the entire throttle body from its housing. This is connected between the cylinder and the intake manifold. Once the throttle body is removed by loosening the screws and disconnecting all connectors, proceed to detach the connectors attached to it. Then, the valve can be removed from inside the throttle body and the new one can be inserted. Finally, reassemble everything and check its operation.
