Dismantling the engine of the Beta 300 RR can be done by loosening the bolts that secure the engine block within its housing: once the block is freed, you can remove it from its seat by disconnecting all the relevant sensor connectors. This allows you to proceed by dismantling the cylinder and removing the piston from the corresponding connecting rod: now the side crankcases of the engine can be removed by loosening the screws and extracting the components located inside.

These can then be replaced with new spare parts, reassembling all the dismantled components.

How to Change the Engine Oil and Oil Filter on a Keeway RKF 125

Today, we will go through the steps to perform routine maintenance by changing the engine oil and oil filter on a Keeway RKF 125. First, place the bike on a stand and start by unscrewing the oil drain bolt located under the engine, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes. Unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover, removing and replacing the cartridge with a new one as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the filler cap and pour in the new engine oil; start the engine and check that the level is at the maximum mark.
