The procedure for removing the engine from the Beta 300 RR involves loosening the bolts that secure the engine block within its housing. Once the engine is freed, it can be removed from its position by disconnecting all the relevant sensor connectors.

You can then proceed to remove the cylinder and take out the piston from the corresponding connecting rod. Now, the side crankcase halves of the engine can be disassembled by loosening the screws and extracting the components inside. These can then be replaced with new spare parts, reassembling all the components.
