The engine of the Beta 300 RR can be disassembled by loosening the bolts that fix the engine block inside its housing compartment: once the engine block has been freed, it will be possible to extract it from its seat, disconnecting all the connectors and tubes. Then, the cylinder can be disassembled and then the piston can be removed from its connecting rod: now the half side engine covers can be opened by loosening the screws and removing the components inside. These can then be replaced with new spare parts, and finally closing the block.
