To replace the fuel tank on the BMW K100, first loosen the screws that secure the seat to its housing so that it can be completely detached; after removing the seat, you will have access to all the screws that secure the tank, which you can then unscrew and detach from its location. You can now disconnect the connectors and hoses located at the bottom of the tank; at this point, you can insert the new replacement part, securing and connecting it properly.
