How to Replace the Fuel Filter on a BMW K100?

To replace the fuel filter on a BMW K100, open the fuel flap to access the screws underneath that secure it to the tank. Once the screws are removed, detach the flap and the entire mechanism to access the filter inside.

Disconnect the fuel lines to completely remove the old filter and insert the new one. The new filter must be secured in place by reconnecting the fuel lines and reattaching the flap.
