By inserting the ignition key into the slot on the side, lift the saddle of the motorcycle. Remove the small bag inside which there is a Phillips screwdriver and an Allen key. Using this Allen key, unscrew the bolt inherent to the battery fixing bracket and extract it. At this point you can unscrew and then disconnect the negative pole with the Phillips screwdriver: remember to always start from the negative pole and keep the positive as the second operation. Unscrew both, take out the battery and insert the new one. Proceed backwards for assembly.

How to change the engine oil of Suzuki RM-Z450?

In order to replace the engine oil of the Suzuki RM-Z450 you have to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike; once this has been removed, it will be possible to go and unscrew the oil drain plug located in the part previously covered by the plate. Therefore all the used oil must be collected in a suitably positioned container; when all the oil has run out, the oil filter can be removed and replaced. Then you will have to top up by inserting the new oil from the vent on the crankcase on the left of the bike.
