In today's video tutorial, you will learn how to disassemble and replace the clutch discs on a 2005 BMW R 1200 GS motorcycle. First, place your motorcycle on the centre stand and start by removing the transmission from the engine; then unscrew all the screws from the gearbox casing to access the clutch, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the top disc and then all the other cork discs, replacing them with new ones; use only original parts to extend the clutch's lifespan.
