Let's find out today the instructions that will allow us to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and oil filter, of the BMW S1000 RR motorcycle. First of all we put our bike on the stand and start removing the lower fairing of the engine; after which we unscrew the vent bolt, letting the oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the oil filter cartridge, replacing it with the new one (screwing it by hand and gently tightening); finally unscrew the filler cap and top up with the new oil, checking the level through the transparent glass!

How do you reset the Service warning light on the Aprilia Shiver 750?

In order to reset the Aprilia Shiver Service warning light, the instrument panel must be turned on, so that the menu can be accessed: by moving the controls to the right of the steering wheel, it will be possible to select the "Diagnostics" item. Then you will have to enter the code 12390 to access the Diagnostics menu: at this point, by selecting "Coupons reset" a confirmation screen will appear. By selecting "Yes" it will be possible to reset the maintenance intervals; once this operation has been completed, it will be possible to switch the ignition off and on again to check it.
