The battery installed on the Kymco Xciting S 400i can be replaced by opening the underseat compartment, after unlocking the appropriate lock with its key: once the compartment is open, there will be a covering panel at the front of it. Loosening the screws that secure this panel, it will be possible to completely remove it in order to access the underlying battery: this can be removed from its seat by unscrewing the screws and disconnecting the power cables. At this point, the new one can be inserted, making sure that everything is functioning properly.

How to replace the air filter in the Herald Classic 125?
