How to reset maintenance intervals on BMW motorcycles.

Let's see how to reset the maintenance intervals on BMW motorcycles: we will need an OBD reader, a device that can also be useful with our car and that costs only a few tens of euros: this will read the errors on the control unit and through an app on our smartphone we will decode and then delete them. The EOBD socket can be found under the passenger seat; we connect our reader, which communicates with us through the flashing of the LED that is transmitting the data via Bluetooth. Now we go to the app on our Android phone (let's check that the device is connected). We turn on the motorcycle ignition and go back to our phone. We open the "moto scan" app and select our motorcycle model, and select among the available interventions, the one for resetting the service intervals. We check that there is a connection and select "service reset" and it's done.

In order to replace the rear brake pads of the Benelli TRK 502 it is necessary to loosen the bolts that fix the caliper, so that it can be detached from the relative disc of the rear wheel. Once the caliper has been removed, it will be possible to go and extract the old pads from the inside of the caliper so that the new spare parts can be inserted. Once the new pads have been inserted inside the caliper, it will be necessary to position the latter on its disc, fixing it with the bolts that were previously removed.
