This guide shows the steps to remove and replace the rear wheel of the BMW R1150 RT motorcycle. First, place the motorcycle on the centre stand and start unscrewing the bolts securing the rear wheel cover by removing the passenger seat.

Next, unscrew the bolts securing the rear brake caliper, using leverage on the piston to detach it from the disc, as shown in the video. Now, use a socket wrench with an extension to unscrew and remove the wheel, replacing the tyre if necessary, and then reassemble everything!

To replace the stator on the Triumph Daytona 675, loosen the screws that secure the cover located on the left side of the bike: once these screws have been removed, detach the cover and access the underlying stator.
