Replacement of the front brake pads of the BMW R1200 GS

Today's instructions will show us how to disassemble and replace the front brake pads of the BMW R1200 GS motorcycle. First, we put our motorcycle on the stand and start unscrewing the fastening screws of the front brake caliper, in order to remove it from the disc; then we press on the caliper piston to retract it, removing the old brake pads, as shown in the video. At this point, we clean the caliper from the residual dirt, thus installing the new original brake pads; finally, we reassemble the brake caliper on the disc, fixing it correctly.

How do you reset the Service warning light on the Aprilia Shiver 750?

In order to reset the Aprilia Shiver Service warning light, the instrument panel must be turned on, so that the menu can be accessed: by moving the controls to the right of the steering wheel, it will be possible to select the "Diagnostics" item. Then you will have to enter the code 12390 to access the Diagnostics menu: at this point, by selecting "Coupons reset" a confirmation screen will appear. By selecting "Yes" it will be possible to reset the maintenance intervals; once this operation has been completed, it will be possible to switch the ignition off and on again to check it.
