In this tutorial we can see how to replace the battery in the BMW R1150 RT, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, make sure that the key is not inserted, then remove both the passenger seat and the driver's seat. Next, remove the entire left fairing by unscrewing the various bolts indicated, remove the intake duct together with the cover of the filter box and proceed with the disassembly of the battery, being careful to disconnect the negative terminal first. To install the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
