In order to replace the variator of the Keeway K-Blade 125, you need to loosen the screws that secure the transmission cover, located near the rear wheel on the left side of the motorcycle. Once these screws are loosened, you can locate the variator which must be freed from its seat by loosening the central nut. Once this variator is freed, you can remove the transmission belt around it and insert the new variator. It must be fixed with the central nut and ensure that everything is working properly.
