To replace the belt on the Sym HD 200i, loosen the screws securing the cover located near the rear wheel on the left side of the vehicle. Once the cover is removed, you can detach it and access the underlying components. You will need to loosen the central nuts securing the variator and the clutch so that these two components can be detached and the belt around them can be removed. Now, you can reinsert the clutch and variator, repositioning the belt around them.
