To replace the transmission on the Sym HD 200i, loosen all the bolts securing the cover of the casing located near the rear wheel on the left side of the bike. Once the casing is open, you can loosen the nut securing the central pin of the variator and subsequently the clutch bell. Once the bell is removed, both the clutch and the variator can be pulled out along with the corresponding belt. Once removed, all parts can be replaced, and the casing can be closed again with the respective cover.
