In today's video we will see the steps on how to disassemble and replace the variator belt and rollers on the Sym HD 200 scooter. First we place our scooter on the central stand and start by disassembling and removing our clutch side cover, unscrewing all the screws ; after which we unscrew the central nut of the fan, using a socket wrench, as shown in the video. At this point we can remove our belt; then we remove the variator to access the rollers. We just have to replace and reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure!

How to change the engine oil and oil filter on the Keeway Cafe Racer 152

Below we will illustrate the steps on how to replace the engine oil and oil filter of the Keeway Cafe Racer 152. First of all we put our motorcycle on the central stand and start warming up the engine for a few minutes; then unscrew the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover, removing and replacing the cartridge with the new one; finally unscrew the filler cap and top up with the new engine oil, of the right type.
