How do you reset the Service light of the BMW X3?

Model: BMW X3 MK 1, E83 - Years 2003-2010

To completely remove the Service indicator from the instrument panel of the BMW X3, you will need to press and hold the button located on the left side of the instrument panel, just below the tachometer. While holding it down, you will need to insert the ignition key into the corresponding slot and turn it to turn on the instrument panel. In this way, after a few seconds, you will be able to verify that the indicator will be correctly reset and the maintenance interval will be reset to zero. To verify that everything has been done correctly, you will need to turn off and turn on the instrument panel.
