In engines equipped with a timing chain instead of a belt, if you closely follow the maintenance schedule, perhaps reducing the mileage between oil changes and using not only a quality oil but also an additive specifically for timing chains, it may never be necessary to replace the chain itself. However, it can happen that the chain may stretch slightly and the sliding guides wear a bit, as well as the chain tensioner: this is essentially a pin with a spring-loaded plunger at the tip that keeps one of the sliding guides pressed against the chain, maintaining tension on the chain itself (it is located on the engine, on the passenger side, near the exhaust manifold).

How to reset the tyre pressure warning light on the Suzuki Jimny?

To reset the tyre pressure warning light on the Suzuki Jimny, first inflate the tyres to the pressure value indicated on the corresponding sticker: this is located at the bottom of the driver's door pillar. Once the tyres are inflated, insert the ignition key and turn on the instrument panel: select the screen that indicates the tyre pressures, checking that the values change. After a few seconds, the tyre pressure warning light will automatically turn off.
