Armrest Cover Replacement

The wear and tear of the armrest cover is a common issue. You can fix this by purchasing a new cover. Once you remove the armrest, take off the underlying plastic cover and the securing clip. Then, peel off the old cover along the edges to remove it, scrape off any glue residue, and clean the surface with solvent. Next, apply upholstery glue to both the edges of the armrest and the new cover, let it dry for a few minutes, and then attach the new cover to the armrest, securing the edges with clamps. Finally, reattach the clip and the cover.
