The oil change light continues to illuminate even after you have correctly changed the fluid and the corresponding filter. To eliminate it and reset it permanently, you need to perform a simple reset using the car's controls. First, insert the key and turn the ignition on. Navigate to the button panel located below the radio and press the "Menu" button. Scroll down until you find the "Remaining oil life" option. At this point, press and hold the "Set/Clr" button and release it as soon as you are prompted to confirm the reset. Select "Yes" and a few moments later, you have completed the operation.
