Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

Model: Chevrolet Matiz MK 1 - Years 1998-2010

The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side, just behind the glove compartment. To replace the filter, you must first remove the glove compartment by unscrewing the two outer hinge screws, then open the door and unscrew the screws around the perimeter to complete the removal of the compartment. At this point, you can access the cabin air filter housing, release the clips holding the cover, and remove the filter. Ensure there are no dirt residues inside the filter housing and insert the new one.
