This guide shows how to remove the glove compartment of the Chevrolet Cruze Mk1. This task is very simple and quick, requiring no specific tools for completion. The first step is to open the glove compartment and disconnect the slow descent cable and the locking pins; for these elements, simply lever inwards on the locking tabs.

At this point, lever on the sides of the glove compartment to extract the unit, pushing it to its limit and then unhooking the hinges located at the base of the compartment. Remove the piece and replace it with a new one.
