Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

Model: Chevrolet Matiz MK 1 - Years 1998-2010
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side, just behind the glove compartment. To replace the filter, first remove the glove compartment by unscrewing the screws from the lower hinge and then those along the closure edge. Once the glove compartment is removed, you can access the filter housing, remove the cover by releasing the plastic retaining clips, and extract the filter from its housing. Ensure there are no dirt residues inside the filter housing and insert the new filter, then refit the cover and the glove compartment.
