Replacing the Key/Remote Battery on a Citroen C4 Picasso

To replace the key/remote battery on a Citroen C4 Picasso, start by obtaining the new battery and a small flathead screwdriver. Remove the actual metal key from its housing by acting on the locking lever and extracting the metal key. Once done, use the screwdriver to pry open the small section of the remote shell (recognisable by the Citroen logo on it) to access the battery compartment. Now, using the screwdriver, remove the battery from its housing. Replace it with the new battery and reassemble everything by following the steps shown in the images but in reverse order.
