In this video, we will go through the main steps to dismantle and replace the brake drum on the Citroën 2CV. First, loosen the wheel bolts (there are three nuts in total); then lift the vehicle with a jack to proceed with wheel removal. At this point, remove the metal split pin from the drum to unscrew the central nut, as shown in the video; then use a puller or gently tap on the drum to remove it, gaining access to the brake shoes. Replace and reassemble everything!
