To remove the centre dashboard panel on the Citroën C4 Picasso, insert the U-shaped keys provided into the radio holes so that it can be extracted from its housing. By disconnecting the connectors at the back, you can completely remove it and proceed to remove the air vents: by disconnecting the connectors inside, you can fully extract the vents and the corresponding cover panel that surrounds them. After removal, you can replace everything with new spare parts.
